莲藕生长环境及物料特性试验研究

摘要:

莲藕生长环境与物理机械特性是设计莲藕采挖机械的重要依据,而同一品种的莲藕在不同地区培育,受生长环境等因素的影响,导致莲藕物理特性存在差异。为此,针对新疆五家渠市引进多年培育的“武植二号”莲藕,开展生长环境、土壤特性、莲藕含水率、折断力和抗压强度方面的研究。通过测量与试验可知:莲藕生长在230~320mm泥土中,平均水位300mm左右,随着土层深度的增加,土壤含水率下降,土壤体积密度增大,土壤酸性度减弱;同一支莲藕各部分含水率不同,位移速度10mm/min时,第1藕节拉断力在70~170N之间、第1节藕茎能承受最大的压力在0.5~0.2kN之间。试验结果可为莲藕采挖机械的设计提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

At present, The growth environment and physical and mechanical characteristics of lotus root are important basis for designing lotus root mining machinery. The same variety of lotus roots are cultivated in different regions, and the physical characteristics of the cultivated lotus roots are different due to the influence of growth environment and other aspects. To this end, the "Wuzhi No. 2" lotus root introduced for many years and cultivated in Wujiaqu City, Xinjiang was carried out to carry out research on the growth environment, soil characteristics, lotus root moisture content, breaking force and compressive strength. Through measurement and experimentation, the lotus root grows in 230-320 mm soil with an average water level of about 300 mm. As the depth of the soil layer increases, the soil moisture content decreases, the soil bulk density increases, and the soil acidity decreases; the same lotus root is different The water content of some parts is different. When the displacement speed is 10 mm/min, the breaking force of the first lotus root joint is between 70 N and 170 N, and the maximum pressure that the first lotus root can withstand is between 0.5 kN and 0.2 kN.The obtained test results can provide technical support for the design of lotus root mining machinery.
